High growth CVS appoint new Sales Manager

Mick Beavers welcomes Mac Stevenson to his new role as Sales Manager with CVS

As Control Valve Solutions (CVS) continue to expand at an exceptional rate, the role of Sales Manager has been taken up by Mac Stevenson. The appointment of Mac is one of those pivotal points in the company's plan to become one of the industry leaders in the repair and overhaul of control valves in the North Sea oil and gas sector.

Mac Stevenson, 38, started his career in the valve industry as a valve service engineer working offshore before moving into sales and key account management across the UK. With a wealth of knowledge on all types of valves and practical experience on platforms throughout the Aberdeen region, Mac will be a huge asset to CVS.

CVS attracted a great deal interest in this new role and the standard of candidates was high, but for Mick Beavers, Managing Director of Control Valve Solutions one person stood out. Mick commented on Mac's new appointment saying: “I am very proud that Mac accepted our offer to join the CVS team as he heads up sales. He will play a key part in the company's 5-year year high growth strategy as he focuses on the Aberdeen Oil & Gas industry and will take full control of driving forward our sales strategy and continually improving client services. I know Mac will find the position both rewarding and exciting and I look forward to working closely with him for many years.”

Mac Stevenson added “I'm delighted to join the CVS team as Sales Manager and look forward to the fresh challenges that this new role brings. It's highly motivating to be able to take such as strong bespoke product offering to market and develop the many opportunities to help oil and gas operators and contractors benefit from our services to maximise asset uptime.”
