With an extraordinary increase in business CVS has scored again with the recruitment of an Internal Sales Engineer who was only introduced to the company at last month's Offshore Europe.
Nathan Gardiner joins CVS to support a growing sales team headed up by Mac Stevenson, Sales Manager. Nathan's key role will be to go that extra mile in liaising between sales and the engineering workshops to ensure CVS improves on its already high level of client service.
Commenting on his new role Nathan said “I am delighted to be part of the CVS Team as Internal Sales Engineer and in just a few weeks since I started I have already been bowled over by the opportunities to expand the business but at the same time improve our service levels. With my solid background in sales and client relationship building I know I can add real value and look forward to many years of success with CVS as we continue to offer bespoke valve solutions.”
Sales Manager Mac Stevenson's response to this latest recruit was to say “I am delighted to welcome Nathan to CVS. Nathan demonstrated from the very outset that he has the drive and determination to give the client exactly what they require and when they require it. This ethos is a perfect fit with Control Valve Solutions.”
Mac continued “He has worked within the oil and gas industry combining internal sales, field support and technical engineering roles. With this combination of skills, hands-on experience and industry exposure he will be a great asset to CVS.”
CVS' Managing Director Mick Beavers said “Nathan has already made a significant impact on the business which has enabled me to concentrate on setting up a dedicated project team. With Mac leading the way with the sales team I know it will continue to flourish. I am very excited to be working closely with them going forward with the future of Control Valve Solutions Ltd.”
In the current economic climate CVS continues to grow and the company's recruitment drive has stepped up another gear as final interviews take place for a new Project Manager. Managing Director, Mick Beavers said “I am proud of the team we have pulled together so far and although we have significantly increased our headcount over the last six months, everyone has bonded and the team works so well together. We have some great expertise at CVS and our clients are really benefiting from this.”
